We build the tools that let residents sit in the decision-maker's seat.
Weigh In is a public benefit corporation. We exist because the hardest public decisions, the ones with real tradeoffs attached, are the ones where ordinary consultation helps least.

The problem we set out to solve.
Most public input arrives as opinion without consequence. Ask residents whether they want better roads, more parks, or shorter emergency response times and the answer is always yes. That tells a decision-maker nothing they did not already know, and it leaves them exposed: the input cannot be defended, because it was never constrained.
Our answer is to hand people the same problem the decision-maker has. A fixed total. Real line items. Real consequences for every move. What comes back is not a preference, it is a decision, and a decision can be defended in public.
Our people.
